" Let me start by saying that I had asked an acquaintance who had once worked as a realtor whether she could recommend an agent to me. She gave me the phone number of Mary Grant. Mary and I met and got to know one another, but it was several months later before I decided I was ready to place my home up for sale. " Tara Lauterbach helped us sell our Flanders, NJ house in July, 2022, just over four months ago. It is a bit of a story; where do I start? My mom passed away rather suddenly on September 3rd, 2021. My family wasn't sure about many major decisions. There was a possibility that my dad would move into our Flanders house with us, but there was also a possibility that we would move into his Randolph house with him.
